Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
To make the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl
Cream cheese should be beat in a different bowl until it's smooth
Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar and keep beating until everything is well mixed
Add whipped cream and mix it in until it's smooth and creamy
Spoonfuls of the crust mixture, the cream cheese mixture, and the cherry pie filling should be put in the parfait glasses in a certain order
In order to fill the glasses, keep adding layers
Top with a dollop of whipped cream to finish
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it
If you want, you can add more graham cracker crumbs and fresh cherries as a garnish
