Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Olive oil for greasing baking sheet
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C
Use olive oil to grease a baking sheet
Put breadcrumbs, dried Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl
Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix them all together
In a third bowl, beat the eggs and put the flour in a second shallow bowl
Coat each pork chop in flour and shake off any extra
Allow any extra egg to drip off as you dip the pork chop into the beaten eggs
Apply the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture to the pork chop and press it onto the pork to make it stick
Lay the pork chops on the baking sheet that has been prepared
Heat the oven and put the pork in it
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked all the way through and the coating is golden and crispy
Serve the pork chops with Parmesan while they are still hot, and enjoy the flavorful, baked dish!
