Ingredients:
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips
Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie
Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes
Remove the cookies from the oven
Quickly press a few mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips onto the top of each cookie, then sprinkle with crushed graham crackers
Return the cookies to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the marshmallows are toasted
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
