These Sweet & Savory Salmon Sliders with Cranberry Sauce are a delightful fusion of flavors. The juicy salmon patties are infused with fresh dill and breadcrumbs, balanced perfectly by the tangy cranberry mayo sauce. These sliders make for a tasty and elegant appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and diced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 12 slider buns
- Baby spinach leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix diced salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until well combined
Form mixture into small patties, sized to fit slider buns
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook salmon patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through
In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and mayonnaise to create the sauce
Toast slider buns lightly
Spread cranberry mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun
Place a salmon patty on each bun, top with baby spinach leaves, and cover with the top bun half
