Ingredients:
- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped oregano, salt, and pepper
Brush the zucchini slices with the marinade on both sides
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
