No-Knead Deep-Dish Pizza



Enjoy a delicious deep-dish pizza with a no-knead crust that requires minimal effort. This recipe is perfect for pizza lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and instant yeast

Add lukewarm water and olive oil, and mix until a shaggy dough forms

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours

Preheat your oven to 450F 232C and place a 12-inch cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat

Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface and shape it into a round disk

Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven, grease it with olive oil, and place the dough in the skillet, pressing it up the sides

Spread pizza sauce over the dough, followed by mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and black olives

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve

Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake



Chocolate and peanut butter taste great together, and this high-protein milkshake lets you enjoy them without breaking the bank. It's full of protein from the Greek yogurt and chocolate protein powder, so it's great for recovering from a workout or having as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

Cut the ripe banana into slices

Put the banana slices, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, natural peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and honey if you want in a blender

A thicker milkshake will be made by adding a handful of ice cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and diced

Instructions:

In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and mayonnaise to create the sauce

Toast slider buns lightly

Spread cranberry mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun

Place a salmon patty on each bun, top with baby spinach leaves, and cover with the top bun half

Crustless Mini Quiches



These mini quiches don't have a crust, so they're great for breakfast or brunch and are easy to make. They taste great because they are full of ham, cheese, and vegetables. It's great for making ahead of time or for a quick breakfast on the go.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, bell peppers, and onions into the egg mixture

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste

Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking

Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the quiches are set and slightly golden on top

Remove the mini quiches from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes

Use a butter knife to gently loosen the edges and remove the quiches from the muffin tin

California Avocado Guacamole



With this tasty guacamole recipe, you can enjoy the fresh flavors of California avocados. It's a great dip or topping for your next party, and the beautiful view of a California avocado grove makes it even better.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe California avocados
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions:

Take the pits out of the avocados and cut them in half

Then, scoop the flesh into a bowl

Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado until it's the texture you want

Add the chopped jalapeo pepper, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic

Place the salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lime juice in a bowl

Combine well

Add more salt, lime juice, or cayenne pepper if you think it needs it after tasting

Put it on tortilla chips right away or use it as a topping for tacos, burritos, or your other favorite Mexican food

Smoky BBQ Ribs



Delight in the rich, smoky flavor of perfectly smoked ribs, with the choice to wrap for tenderness or embrace a firmer bark. A mouthwatering blend of spices and a sweet-tangy basting sauce make these ribs a barbecue masterpiece.

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Take off the membrane on the back of the ribs so that the flavor can get in better

Gather brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl

This is the dry rub

Make sure the coating is even by rubbing the mixture all over both sides of the ribs

Use your favorite hardwood chips to heat your smoker up to 225F 107C for extra flavor

Place the ribs directly on the grates of the smoker and smoke them for three hours, making sure the temperature stays the same

No need to: After 2 hours, you can choose to wrap the ribs in foil for a more tender finish or leave them alone for a firmer bark

To make a basting sauce, put BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes while the meat is smoking

Every 20 minutes during the last hour of smoking, baste the ribs with the sauce to make sure they get a glossy glaze

There is no need to wait for the ribs to reach 190F 88C before cooking them

Take ten minutes to rest them before cutting them

Make sure to serve your smoked ribs with extra BBQ sauce on the side
